Lobster flavoured ball is made of fish surimi and lobster flavouring. Firm and tender in texture, suitable for noodle soup, hotpot, stir-fry and BBQ.

Ingredients: Surimi, Water, Potato Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Salt, Palm oil, Fish Roe, Flavour enhancer, Lobster flavour, Egg white, crab extract, colour

Allergen: Fish, egg, crustacean and soy

Cooking instruction: Defrost and boil in hot water 95-100°C, 1 to 2 minutes.
