Recipe: Rub a pinch of salt over 800g of fish and rest on a plate. Cut 5 lady fingers and 2 tomatoes into slices and place on top of fish. Pour 200gm Gimson Nyonya Sauce over. Put the dish over boiling water and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
