Ingredients: Sliced tamarind, soya oil, onion, shallot, garlic, salt, chilli (5%), lemongrass, sugar, candlenut, galangal, calamansi and turmeric.

Recipe: Pour entire content into a wok, heat up over low heat. Put in 100g pineapple cubes and 5 lady fingers (sliced), stir fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Add 400ml of water and bring to boil over medium heat. Add in 600g of fish or seafood, closed the lid and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
