Recipe: Pour 200g Gimson Nyonya Kapitan into a wok, heat up over low fire. Put in 700g of chicken, stir fry over high fire for 5 minutes. Add in 200ml of water, put on the lid and simmer over medium fire for 10-15 minutes. Add 100ml of coconut milk / milk, 1 table spoon of soy sauce, and stir fry over medium fire until gravy thickened. Serve hot with rice.
