Ingredients: Eel, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt, water), glucose, sugar, mirin, edible alcohol, caramel, bixin, corn starch, xanthan gum
Allergens: fish, soy bean, wheat

Cooking instructions: Heat for 3 to 5 minutes in microwave or bake for 5 to 7 minutes in oven at 160°C. Serve with a bowl of short grain rice.
