Fresh Norwegian Salmon is air-flown from Norway in chilled form. It is sashimi-grade, which means that the quality is superior, and the meat can be consumed raw when properly handled. The fresh Salmon has a softer and more tender texture.

2. Items are packed according to pack size, we are unable to accord the preferred cut or size (ex: avoid Belly, no tail etc).
