The Red Grouper, also known as Coral Trout had a beautiful red body with blue spots.
The fish meat is firm and bouncy. And is usually steamed in Chinese restaurants to taste its freshness and quality.

*Fishbones are carefully removed by hand. However, please always take caution when feeding children and the elderly as there might be the presence of pin bone that couldn’t be identified during the process.*
