The Asian Seabass is also known as Barramundi or Lates Calcarifer (scientifically). Typically farmed in salt water along the local straits. One of the most popular local choice of fish as the meat is mild and texture is soft. Cooking method is versatile as well.
*Fish bones are carefully removed by hand. However, please always take caution when feeding children and the elderly as there might be the presence of pin bone that couldn’t be identified during the process.*
