Ingredients: Vegetable oil, onion, galangal, lemongrass, sugar, chilli, salt, garlic, tamarind, ginger flower, ginger, turmeric, acidity regulator (citric acid E330), kaffir lime leave, preservative (sodium benzoic E211).
Cooking instructions: Mix 1 packet of Assam Fish Sauce in 300ml water. Bring to boil. Add 500g fish (or other seafood). Cover lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes. Add 3 okras (lady finger), 2 tomatoes (cubbed) and 1 onion (sliced). Cook for another 2 minutes.
