Also known as Threadfin, Ma Yao Yu, 午鱼 or Ngor Her. Popular amongst Mummies and babies as it is believed to have high nutrients to boost supply for breast-feeding and also good for the brain development of the child.
The fillets are individually quick freeze (IQF) to lock it at it’s freshest. Take our required portion to thaw when required and keep the rest frozen in the freezer.
*Fish bones are carefully removed by hand. However, please always take caution when feeding children and the elderly as there might be the presence of pin bone that couldn’t be identified during the process.*
