Ingredients: Chilli, torch ginger, turmeric, galangal, candlenut, lemongrass, tamarind, onions, garlic, sugar, salt, vegetable oil
Recipe: Cut 500g of chicken & add 3-6 tablespoon of Gimson Nyonya Red Curry. Mix thoroughly & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add 200g of potato or pineapple & simmer for 15-20 minutes till cooked. Add a little water or 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Serve hot with rice.
