Made with fresh pork broth, snow pear and figs are slowly simmered to give it a mild sweetness that is light yet full in flavor.
With the addition of apricot seeds, is especially good in alleviating dry cough and throat, and is mild enough for children to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Soft Pork Bone or Pork Bone, Figs, Snow Pear, Northern Apricot Seed, Adenophora, Lily Bulb, Salt, Water, Broth, Rock Sugar
Heating direction:
- Water bath – Put frozen packet into boiling water for 10-15 mins
- Microwave – After thawing, place soup in a microwave-safe bowl on high heat for 3 – 5 minutes
- Stovetop – After thawing, place soup in a saucepan on medium to high heat, stirring occasionally
