Its unique soft and buttery meat is what lured the consumers. It is also highly sought after due to the high level of omega3 fatty acid which comes with many health benefits.
The high price is also due to the limited harvesting allowed to prevent extinction in line with the sustainability policy.
One piece is good for a single portion served as a main dish.
