Its unique soft and buttery meat is what that lured the consumers. It is also highly sought after due to the high level of omega3 fatty-acid which comes with many health benefits.
The high price is also due to the limited harvesting allowed to prevent extinction in line with the sustainability policy.
The cube cut was invented by our super mamas as the portion of a cube is perfect for a pot of porridge for their babies. It has also been manually deboned for convenience but please check before feeding children and elderly.
Special Note: Product is imported frozen to lock it’s freshness at it’s best. Thaw required portion and keep the rest frozen for uncompromised quality.
