A local favourite fish with chunky, firmed and white meat after cooked. Most fish soup stalls uses this for the slice fish. The fish head and bones also make sweet and natural stock great for a bowl of noodle soup or porridge.
Specify the type of cut you prefer and we will fulfill – steak, fillet, butterfly or whole gutted.
Special note: Manually cut in our processing plant. Even though deboned, please check before feeing children and elderly. Not for raw consumption.
